Our Constituent Programs

ArtsBloom
ArtsBloom offers art workshops to all who are interested in exploring the arts, learning new skills, or fine-tuning existing skills. All workshops are held in and around the Eastport Arts Center, located on 36 Washington Street in Eastport Maine. Just a short walk to the ocean, many artists and travelers visit the area in the summertime to capture the raw beauty located on the Bold Coast of Maine. Eastport offers many fun and unique experiences to those who travel or live in the area and we hope that the Arts Center can complete your seasonal plans.
Eastport Gallery, 74 Water Street
We are a collective of 30 artists under the umbrella of the Eastport Arts Center. Located on the historic main street of Eastport, 74 Water Street, our gallery offers an array of paintings and sculpture by artists around the Passamaquoddy Bay Area and elsewhere.
Eastport Strings
Eastport Strings began in 2001 with six students, rehearsing in a private home. Over the last eight years the program has served more than 50 students, thanks in part to a generous donation of 15 violins and 2 violas from Johnson String Instruments of Massachusetts and to local donors. Children who belong to the Eastport Strings program range in ages from 4 to 18.
Northern Lights Film Society
Showing films both classic and contemporary from around the world that are beautiful and provocative.
Passamaquoddy Bay Symphony Orchestra
Under conductor, Trond Saevurud, the Passamaquoddy Bay Symphony consists of varying age groups and performs 3-5 concerts per year throughout Washington County and Charlotte County, New Brunswick.
Stage East
As a community theater, Stage East has produced 3 to 4 productions per year since 1990. With local actors and local stage crews, Stage East has produced outstanding shows in a variety of genres.
The Concert Series
